Professional Range – Aluminium Non-Corrosive 6082 T6

The Professional Range of heavy duty slides manufactured from 6082 T6 aluminium and stainless bearings. Due to our standard manufacturing process of milling extruded beams, we are able to supply these slides in virtually any aluminium requested. Particularly suited to military and airborne applications where the right choice of materials affects performance. All internal components, including bearings, cages and end stops are made from stainless steel. The ADTS & ADTSB aluminium slides are manufactured with an anodized finish on the beams in lengths up to 1100mm. Over 1100mm the beams will be supplied un-anodized with a raw mill finish.

As an industry first, Sliding Systems can now supply advanced FEA analysis reports for all products within the Professional Range. This will enable the design engineer to accurately calculate peak loading, deflection and operating forces within their bespoke projects.

There are three extension options available with this range of slides:

This is a high quality, smooth, full extension slide with milled ball tracks for accuracy and a slight pre-load. There is a choice of surface finishes available. All internal components, including bearings, cages and end stops are made from stainless steel 316L, providing a corrosion resistant slide. We are able to offer the full Professional Range in either carbon steel or aluminium and they are totally interchangeable. Supplied with a standard anodisation. Please consult our engineers for other surface finishes available.

The ADTS-70 slide has a 324kg/pr load capacity at 600mm and is suited to wet applications such as fire truck pump carriers where steel slides corrode. The ADTS-50 with a 161kg loading over 600mm has been developed for vehicle mounted drawer systems where weight is an issue. There is a significant weight reduction in a Fire Rescue Unit which has up to 32 drawers. This compliments our Drawer Tilting System and Drawer Locking System。

Prices are per single slide. Loadings are given per extended pair. There are two slides per pair.

Full extension slides can travel 100% of the closed length or up to 120% with small reduction in load.

Extension Front & Rear

The ADTSB range offers total extension front and rear. This is made possible by an internal rocker device which holds and releases each beam in sequence.
We do not recommend standard ADTSB slides on accurate robotic pick & place or high speed shuttles, without factory adaptation and customer in situ testing, prior to committing to production. The slides are limited to operational speeds of <0.3m/s. <0.3m/s。
