The ring guideis a product designed for customized automated production line applications. Standing out from the solely linear production route, this system allows a highly customized circular track by joining ring segments and the linear rail, so that the production line can be optimally planned according to different space constraints.
The guide rail itself has a double-sided 70° V-shaped running surface, and the surface is ground to ensure parallelism. The carriage runs on the track is equipped with a bearing covering the double V running surfaces to transfer the workpiece. The running surfaces of the guide rail and the bearing body are made of German bearing steel with a hardness of up to 60 HRC. The overall specifications make this system possess the characteristics of low wear and long life, and the maximum operating speed is up to 8m/s.
